Ice Cream Fever on Migme

Who among u doesnt know ice cream? I think no one. Its one of my favorite too. Yesterday i shared a lot of things about ice cream on Migme. This is really fun cos in Migme we shared story then our friends will give replies. What makes it different? After i post some story about ice cream some of my friends @image99 @mido @painofmylife @anees.stha and other want me to share my ice cream and they give so funny replies as an excuse haha then we continue this thing on chatroom. This is the most things i love in Migme, after watching n blogging on Migme, i can continue the fun in the chatroom and teased my friends about that ice cream haha. See my post below

Eh but one of my friend @hyperdive asking me who invented ice cream? This question remind me to my childhood when i read a kids magazine. I still remember on the magazine i read about ice cream invention, later i check on google and got some information too. It was Chinese people who invented such ice cream at 200 BC. Do u know how they made ice cream that time? They poured a mixture of snow and saltpetre over the exteriors of containers filled with syrup, for, in the same way as salt raises the boiling point of water, it lowers the freezing point to below zero. Wah, they keep this recipe as secret until Marcopolo came to China in the era of Yuan Dinasty and bring it to Italy.

There is also a legend in Europe about ice cream, that some royal kingdom enjoy ice cream that made from frozen snow. But no historical evidence that prove this theory. On 18th century, the first ice cream recipe made in England and  The recipe for ice cream was published in Mrs. Mary Eales's Receipts in London 1718. After all there still many story about ice cream.

But do u know? There are so many variety of ice cream around the world. Maybe some of them we never heard so let me tell u more.

Ais Kacang or Ice Bean, its a popular dessert in Malaysia and Singapore made from shaved ice, syrup, and boiled red bean and topped with evaporated milk

Booza its an arabic elastic, sticky, high level melt resistant ice cream

Dondurma, Its an Turkish Ice cream made from salep and resin. Sometimes the seller make trick when they sell this ice cream.

Semifreddo its an italian semi frozen dessert typically like ice cream cake, frozen custard, or fruit tarts. While Gellato also from Italy but it contain lower milk fat than ice cream

Kulfi is a type of frozen dessert originally from Indian subcontinent. I ever saw some Migme user post this kulfi hehe especially South Asian Users Such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Middle East. Kulfi is creamy and has many varians of fruit flavours.

Sorbet, hmm maybe this one is different. Sorbet is a kind of frozen dessert that contain fruit puree with no dairy products. Do u ever try it? 

Another one, its very unique way to make ice cream. Its called Maple toffee. To make this ice cream, people pouring Maple syrup to fresh snow and put ice cream stick on it. Then when the ice has been freeze, they take it with rolling the stick around it. 

Filiphines also has their own desert. They called it Halo halo. Halo halo is a frozen dessert with mixture of shaved ice cream and evaporated milk to which are added various boiled sweet beans, jelly, and fruits.

Haha thats some kinds of frozen dessert from some corners of the world and still many others i cant tell here. Eh, yesterday i also post about the most expensive ice cream in the woirl. Its Black Diamond ice cream from Scoopy Cafe Dubai. It sold 817$ and i asked some of my friends if they wanna try it :d
