DIY Minimizing Pore Peel Off Mask

My DIY Peel Off Mask
I really love to use face mask as my facial treatment and usually i just use instant peel off mask that i buy in market. But today i have some experiment to make my own peel off mask. You can try this too at home and the result is lovely. We just need Tissue, egg white and lemon. So lets check how to make it 

For this natural peel off mask, you will need:
·         1 Egg white
·         1 tsp Lemon juice
·         Tissue, Scissors, and a brush

Direction:
   1.   Beat an egg white then mixed it with 1 tsp lemon juice stir it until it well mixed

   2.  Take a thin tissue and cut out holes for your mouth, eyes and nose. 

3.   Use a face brush and apply the mask all over your face avoiding the eyes and mouth area
4.   Place the tissue gently over your face and pat gently. You could also tear the tissue into small pieces and place on your face one by one to cover the entire face.
5.  Now gently apply another layer of the mask over tissue with a face brush and leave it on to dry.


6. Let the mask sit for 15-20 min or until it’s dry.
7.   Gentle peel off the tissue in an upward direction.
8.   After the mask is off, rinse the face off with warm water

This egg white mask can be used for all skin types however it is an amazing mask for my acne-prone skin. It helps to even out blemishes, clear blackheads and also reduced the size of pores naturally. I feel my skin feel tight and smooth after using this mask. Try it at home u will love it

Bamboo Sprout Spring Rolls with Palm Sugar Sauce

Hy guys, yesterday i made some snacks as i love to eat snacks hoho and this time i wanna share u a recipe that made from bamboo sprout. Do u feel weird with bamboo sprout dish? or u never seen it before? So its weekend and u can try it



Bamboo sprout are the edible shoots (new bamboo culms that come out of the ground) of manybamboo species. They are used in numerous Asian dishes and broths. They are sold in various processed shapes, and are available in fresh, dried, and canned version. I used to bought this bamboo sprout in market and they sold sliced bamboo sprout. In Indonesia we called it as Rebung. 


Okay now lets go to the recipe i will tell u how to make this dish. Lumpia is a side dish originated from China that well known in Indonesia especially in Semarang, Central Java. I mixed the bamboo sprout with carrot, egg, spriing onion, and dried prawn so we will get unique and more flavour.

Ingredients we need :
20 lumpia or springrolls skin
200 gram sliced bamboo sprout ( Chop it)
2 carrots ( slice it into match stick)
2 spring onions
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
2 table spoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
100ml water
1 egg

Condiment :
3 shallots
2 garlics
2 candlenuts
30 gr ebi



How to make :
- Grind all the condiments 




- Put 1 tablespoon cooking oil in pan then stir the condiment for 1 minute then add the bamboo sprout, carrot and spring onion 
- Add water, oyster sauce, soysauce, chicken stock powder sugar and salt, stir it then let it cook until the water drain
- After it cooked, crack an egg on same pan (make a space in pan and set the dish u cook aside), scramble it and mix with others ingredients



- After the filling ready, lets fold the spring roll. Put 1 table spoon of filling then fold the skin. At the end of folding u need to stick it with glue ( made from 2 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoon water)



- Deep fry the spring roll in hot cooking oil and fry it til u get golden brown colour, Drain it and ur spring roll is readt to served




Now u can eat it with chilli sauce or any sauce u like but let me suggest u a recipe of palm sugar sauce
what we need :
- 10 small chillies
- 20 gr palm sugar
- 100ml water
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soysauce
( also u need to mix 1 table spoon of flour with 1 table spoon of water )
Just boil all the ingredients in a pan until the pal sugar disolve then add the flour mix to make the sauce thicker. 

Thats all what u need to make this dish, its not simple but im sure u will like it ^-^

Canadian Quebec Street Food, Poutine

I dont know why nowadays i love to post many food pics on my fav social media hihi migme is really cool place to hang out..Sunday, i just spent my day at home  So i entertain myself with cooking and also taking the pics. Mostly i took pic of my food but it doesnt mean i just cook food to get the pics. I really enjoy cooking n eating the food as well. So what did i made yesterday? It was Poutine. Poutine is a street fast food dish that originated from French speaking area in Canada, Quebeq. This dish really has bunch of calories.. haha but since its weekend so its not a sin for u to taste it. Poutine made from Fries and Cheese curd and topped with thick brown gravy but in this recipe i modified it a little bit so it will fit o out tongue as Asian. So check this recipe n try to make it at ur home.


Poutine

Ingredients :
5 Medium Potato Cut into Fries
5 medium size sausage
Mozarella Cheese or u can use cheddar cheese as well
Gravy
1 Onion
1 garlics
4 tablespoon chilli sauce
4 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon corned beef
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon butter

U can also add 1 tablespoon Barbeque sauce if its availabe in your kitchen

How to make :
Put the fries into hot oil n cook until light brown about 5 minutes and do same thing with the sausages, deep fry it and drain it

Make the gravy :
Put 1 tablespoon butter then add onion and garlic stir and cook it until it get light brown colour
Add the corned beef and stir it until it cook
Add the tomato, chilli and oyster sauce on pan then let it cook for 3 minutes, Ur gravy is done
Place the fries and sausage in plate then add the gravy on the top
Add the mozarella cheese and bake it in oven for 5 min but if u dont wanna bake it, just grated the cheese or cut it in dice size and spread it on top of the gravy. Ur Poutine is ready
Its easy to make right? Its yummy but ya i know its risky to eat it everyday haha so u can just enjoy it on your weekend. So what u waiting for, Try to make it and enjoyyy..
