Simple Snacks For The Day

Chicken Vegetable Dumpling

It was a free day so i try to make something easy n healthy to eat. Then my cousin bought some dumpling skin so i made this chicken vegetable dumpling cos i know Lana and her family love it too. So check this out :d

Recipe :
- 25-30 Dumpling skin Ready to use
Filling :
- 250 gr Grinded Chicken
- 50 gr Shredded Carrot
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chicken Stock Powder
- 2 pc Garlic, grind it
- 150gr Tapioca Flour
- 2 pc Spring Onion, chop it
- 50 ml cold water

- Egg white to stick the dumpling skin



How to make :

1. Mix all filling Ingredients in a bowl



2. Put a table spoon of filling inside a dumpling skin then fold it. If u want to fry it u can fold it into boat shape and if u want to steam it u can fold it in flower shape






3. Fry the boat dumpling until it get golden colour  or steam the flower one for 20 minutes






4. Your Dumpling is ready to served (whoa) n u can eat it with chilli sauce or sour n spicy sauce
