My Fav Snack ; Fried Vegetable Sandwich Cracker


Fried Vegetable Sandwich Crackers

If u want to have a healthy snack try this one, its yummy and yes we have vegetable in it. Its one of my favorite snack too. Check out the recipe its easy to make. (because my friend on migme p_o_k_h_a_r_a want to make it so I wrote this recipe :p) hello pocky u can try it now




Ingredients :
14 pieces malkist crackers
1 potato ( medium size)
1 carrot  ( big one)
1 celery
3 onions
3 garlics
2 tablespoon Maizena Flour
100 ml milk or 2 tablespoon milk powder
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
Cooking oil
1 egg
200 gr bread crumbs powder


How to make :
First lets make the vegetable filling :
Chop the onion and garlic then put 2 tablespoon oil on pan then stir the onions and garlics til u got the smell
Add potato and carrot, stir it for 1 minute

Add pepper, chicken powder, salt then add half glass of water then cook it til the water drain and the vegetable fully cooked
Mix maizena flour with milk or if u have milk powder add 100 ml water on mixture of milk and flour
Add the flour mix and milk to the pan and stir it until u get thick vegetable dough
After the vegetable filling cooked put it in bowl  let it for 15 minutes
Put 1 tablespoon of vegetable filling on a cracker and put other cracker on top after u put the filling 


Stir 1 egg in a bowl, take 1 sandwich in egg then put in flour, spread it on whole surface of sandwich
Fry the sandwich in hot oil until u get golden brown colour, then drain it
 

Ur sandwich is ready to served hoho
