Chicken Satay in Peanut sauce "Sate Madura"



 Chicken Satay in Peanut Sauce 

 Hy guys...huft #NoJunkFood challenge week is over on Migme and i really want to say thanks to @nattylim for inviting me in this challenge. I also love the way @chrisurbano cooking during this week. I was watch Maputing cooking on Youtube but just feel confused cos i dont understand tagalog hahaha. I really realize a wise phrase that said “We are what we eat” yes because healthy body come from the food we take. Almost all diseases and health problems come from food and everything that we consume. So stay healthy always guys.
Yesterday i have a little party n yummy lunch,,i made Chicken Satai with peanut sauce or we called it Sate madura here (Madura is a town in East Java,  Indonesia where this Satay originated) . If u wanna try this recipe i share the recipe here and its worth to try cos its my Number 1 fav dish. I can eat 20 sticks satay once i eat hahaha just kidding but yes i do love Satay so muchhhhh. Ingredients :
500 gr Chicken ( for 25 sticks)
250 gr Peanut ( Fry it for some minutes )
3 Shallots
3 garlics
2 Candlenut ( Kemiri in Indo, Buah Keras in Malay)
300 ml Water
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Palm sugar
1 teaspoon salt
5 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
25 Bamboo sticks







How to make :
      1.  Cut the chicken into small cubes
2. Stick the chicken on bamboo stick

 



           3. If  u have remaining bones from chicken boil it with 300 ml water to make chicken stock
       4. Blend the Peanut with shallots, garlic, candlenut, salt and palm sugar add some water and oil








          5. Put 5 tablespoon oil on pan then stir the peanut sauce on pan 







6. Add chicken stock water then add soy sauce stir it and cook til the colour change into darker brown





7. Grill the chicken til half cooked then take it on a plate. Add some peanut sauce and more soy sauce if u like it sweet then grill it again til it fully cooked 







8. Serve it on plate with more peanut sauce then spread shallots and chilli slices on it

9. Ur satay is ready to served.
